Looking ahead we're further improving flight control actuation for traditional?and advanced air mobility (AAM) aircraft with new technologies and manufacturing advancements.</p> <p>Come join the Parker Aerospace Team!</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <ul> <li>Drives accurate, timely order management and data entry to ensure on-time fulfillment to commercial aerospace customer contract dates. </li><li>Owns end-to-end order lifecycle activities including significant order entry, schedule changes, portal management, demand planning inputs for S&OP, customer communications, and PO/contract validation and analysis. </li><li>Supports low-complexity contract administration primarily through compliance checks, documentation, and coordination, with minimal negotiation responsibilities. </li></ul> <p>Scope and Interaction</p> <ul> <li>Critical individual contributor role reporting to the Division Contracts Director. </li><li>Routine interaction with planning, operations, logistics, quality, finance and program management </li><li>Direct customer contact with large Commercial OEMs focused on order status and issue resolution. </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform high-volume, accurate order entry and maintenance:</p> </li><li> <p>Enter and validate customer purchase orders against existing agreements (POs, BCAs, LTAs).</p> </li><li> <p>Execute schedule changes, holds/releases, and acknowledgments; maintain clean order backlog and audit trails.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage customer portals for order intake, updates, confirmations, and document retrieval.</p> </li><li> <p>Execute PO/Contract validation and analysis:</p> </li><li> <p>Confirm pricing accuracy, delivery schedules, and basic terms compliance with company policy.</p> </li><li> <p>Flag discrepancies and route for internal review/escalation; maintain complete, organized contract files.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor order performance and communicate proactively:</p> </li><li> <p>Track order status, aging, and delivery commitments; provide regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Research and resolve order-related issues (e.g., repair reports, shipping documents, returns) and close the loop with customers.</p> </li><li> <p>Support demand planning and S&OP inputs:</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and maintain demand plan inputs derived from customer orders, schedules, and trends.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with planning and operations to align capacity and material requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain metrics and reporting:</p> </li><li> <p>Produce daily/weekly reports on order entry accuracy, cycle times, backlog health, on-time release, and exceptions.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify process gaps and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance and documentation control:</p> </li><li> <p>Comply with applicable federal, state, and aerospace regulations; adhere to division policies and procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain records of order changes, returns, and customer communications.</p> </li><li> <p>Limited contract administration activities:</p> </li><li> <p>Support administration of low-complexity agreements through compliance checks and documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Minimal negotiation responsibilities; when needed, perform basic price/term confirmations and route complex items to management.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (BA) in Business Administration or related discipline; professional entry-level role. </li><li>Understanding of order management processes, basic contract administration concepts, and general business operations. </li><li>Familiarity with legal/regulatory requirements related to contract administration in aerospace/industrial settings. </li><li>Ability to learn and apply corporate/division policies and administrative procedures. </li><li>Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data entry and order processing; able to prioritize with general direction. </li><li>Analytical skills to interpret POs, schedules, and reports; able to develop recommendations to resolve discrepancies. </li><li>Proficiency with standard business applications and ability to learn contract/order management databases and customer portals. </li><li>Effective verbal and written communication skills for internal coordination and customer status updates. </li><li>Participation in professional associations (e.g., NCMA, IACCM) is preferred but not required. </li></ul> <p>We offer a comprehensive and competitive total compensation package.</p> <p>Come join the Parker Aerospace Team!
