You will be the go-to financial expert for the NA Commercial team, responsible for forecasting, analyzing, and reporting on profitability. We are looking for a critical thinker who is passionate about using data to tell a story and is eager to make a lasting impact.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Take the lead on forecasting standard margin, building robust models to analyze and report on the key drivers of profitability including pricing </li><li>Connect the dots between our revenue forecast and it's impact on margin for the quarter </li><li>Proactively identify and implement improvements to our financial forecasting and reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. </li><li>Makes recommendations and works on P&L reporting and variance analysis </li><li>Support ad-hoc projects, developing financial reporting for ad-hoc projects </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally and effectively communicate drivers of our margin forecast </li><li>Design and production of key management reports with appropriate narrative and explanations </li><li>Becomes the subject matter expert on margin and pricing and acts as part of the team </li><li>Detailed involvement in the preparation and submission of annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecast for operations under your partnering responsibilities </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Minimum Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required </li><li>Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Finance or related </li><li>Advanced Excel and database skills </li><li>Experience with a computer based accounting systems e.g. SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, ERP </li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail </li><li>Ability to plan ahead and manage tight deadlines and competing responsibilities </li><li>Strong analytical skills </li></ul> <p>Equal Opportunity Employer:</p> <p>Zebra is an equal opportunity employer.
