<p>What You Will Bring to the Team</p> <p>As the Regional Market Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the adoption and expansion of RenovoRx's innovative therapies in a dynamic and evolving healthcare landscape. You will be instrumental in shaping commercial success through a blend of strategic planning, hands-on clinical support, and relationship-building with key stakeholders. You will report to Sr. Director of Global Sales and Market Development, and partner with our management team.This role is geared toward an individual who understands the fast-paced clinical environment, does not require definition to be effective, and spots issues and dives in. His/her key responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Promote, sell, and support the full portfolio of RenovoRx products and therapies within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales objectives. </li><li>Manage the sales process from inception to client success for various accounts (e.g., initial outreach, nurturing via continued follow-up, contracting, VAC submissions, market access, et al). </li><li>Develop and execute strategic business plans and territory mapping to identify key customers and high-value opportunities. </li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with interventional radiologists, oncologists, surgeons, VAC team members and hospital decision-makers. </li><li>Educate physicians and healthcare professionals on clinical data, appropriate use of RenovoRx products, and procedural best practices. </li><li>Partner with Clinical and Marketing teams to support investigator-initiated studies, clinical site onboarding, and training. </li><li>Monitor competitive activity and market dynamics; provide timely feedback to the leadership team. </li><li>Maintain high standards of compliance and regulatory adherence in all interactions. </li><li>Submit timely call reports, expense reports, and sales forecasts. </li><li>Represent RenovoRx at regional and national medical conferences and trade shows. </li><li>Potentially provide clinical and procedural support in the field, including attending cases, coordinating product evaluations, and ensuring successful therapy delivery. </li><li>This position requires travel as part of the job duties, expected to be up to 90% of the time. At a minimum, travel will cover the Northeast territory including, but not limited to, Maine, Pittsburgh, Maryland, and may include visits to company offices upon request. The employee is expected to comply with all travel requirements as outlined in this job description and any subsequent communications. </li><li>Other assignments may be added in the future. </li></ul> <p>Required Education</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, life sciences, or related fields. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Experience</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device sales, preferably in interventional radiology, oncology, or minimally invasive therapies. </li><li>Strong clinical aptitude and ability to learn complex procedural and anatomical details. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to open new accounts, drive adoption of novel therapies, and consistently exceed sales targets. </li><li>Experience launching new products or therapies in a start-up or early commercialization environment preferred. </li><li>Established relationships in interventional oncology, GI oncology, or hepatobiliary specialties preferred. </li><li>Familiarity with hospital value analysis committees (VAC) preferred. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Self-starter with strong time management, planning, and territory management skills. </li><li>Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively within the territory. </li></ul> <p>AAP/EEO Statement</p> <p>RenovoRx is an Equal Opportunity Employer and values diversity. This is a full-time, field-based position based in the United States with a preference for candidates located in the Northeast. This role requires the ability to travel up to 90% to clinical sites, conferences, and internal meetings as needed.Candidates must meet all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain RenovoRx client site access, unless prohibited by law. These requirements vary by client and may include, but are not limited to, proof of valid identification (Driver's License, SSN, Passport), Criminal Background Check, Drug Screens, Immunizations (Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tetanus), Annual TB Testing, Healthcare Trainings, amongst others.</p>
