Accenture is stepping boldly into this future with a clear strategy and purpose: to help clients optimize and reinvent their business with data & AI - backed by a $3B investment and commitment to our people to do industry-defining work.</p> <p>With over 45,000 professionals dedicated to Data & AI, Accenture's Data & AI organization brings together our Experienced Innovation, Strategic Investment, Exceptional Talent, and Power Ecosystem.</p> <p>You Are</p> <p>An experienced Agent Test Lead profession with experience leading testing efforts, implementations and execution of testing processes that incorporates agentic AI or agentic testing methodologies.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI agents.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and maintain test environments for agent-based systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Validate the correctness, safety, and reliability of AI systems and agents.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on testing goals and outcomes</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. ?The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Here's what you need</p> <p>Minimum 15 years of experience with automated test tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, and Behavioral Driven Development/Testing</p> <p>Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prompt testing and adversarial prompt testing.</p> </li><li> <p>Agent functional testing and bias testing.</p> </li><li> <p>Developing test strategies specifically for AI agents.</p> </li><li> <p>Synthetic test-case generation using LLMs.</p> </li><li> <p>Golden-set curation and Reinforcement Learning from AI Feedback (RLAIF) loops.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)</p> <p>Bonus Points if you have</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prior experience leading QA or testing teams in AI or machine learning environments.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of AI safety and ethical testing practices.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
