<p>UR Medicine Finger Lakes Health seeks Full Time and Per Diem MRI Techs to join our team!</p> <p>Position offers competitive pay and flexible benefit options! Full Time employees are also eligible to receive a sign on bonus of $5,000!</p> <p>Full Time positions available on day shift - weekend availability</p> <p>Per Diem positions also available on day shift - weekend availability required!</p> <p>Responsibility Summary:</p> <p>Performs technical MRI assignments. Exercises complex skill, judgement and knowledge of the principles and methods of Magnetic Resonance Imaging. Performs diagnostic MRI studies as requested. Performs Infection Control according to Universal Precautions. MRI Technologist shall have the ability to provide care to infant, pediatric, adult and geriatric patients.</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Minimum: A.A.S. degree in Radiologic Technology.</p> <p>Preferred: Formal MRI training</p> <p>Experience</p> <p>Minimum: Radiology Technology program (AMA approved 2-year program). Previous experience in diagnostic radiology.</p> <p>Preferred: 1-2 years experience in related radiology fields, with MRI experience</p> <p>License/Certification</p> <p>License Required: NYS license, certification as a radiologic, nuclear medicine or ultrasound technologist</p> <p>Certifications Preferred: Formal MRI-specific training</p> <p>Salary Range: $42.50 - $48.85</p> <p>FLH123</p>
