We are looking for a motivated, experienced Land Surveyor (3+ years) to help us continue providing high-quality surveying and engineering solutions across Wisconsin. Whether you're fully licensed or working toward your Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification, we want to hear from you.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <p>You'll play a key role in planning, managing, and delivering land surveying projects that shape communities and support infrastructure. Responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Drafting surveys and designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D </li><li>Researching and analyzing state, county, and city records </li><li>Performing construction staking, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, and topographic surveys </li><li>Creating Certified Survey Maps (CSMs), Preliminary & Final Plats, and Condominium Plats </li><li>Preparing Transportation Project Plats </li><li>Writing legal land descriptions and Elevation Certificates </li><li>Supervising field technicians and coordinating fieldwork and research efforts </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities </li><li>Capable of managing and mentoring field teams </li><li>Civil 3D experience </li><li>PLS license (or on track to obtain) </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of land surveying experience </li><li>Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel </li><li>Associate degree or higher in Civil Technology (or related field) </li><li>Must have an Active Valid Driver's License </li><li>Familiarity with subdivision regulations and site/lot layout design </li></ul>
