This is accomplished through standardized testing and record-keeping services.</p> <p>Role Summary: As a Sr Manager at BJU Press, the ideal candidate will play a supporting role on the Testing and Home Education Services team by managing employees, policies, procedures, and academic integrity to create a customer experience that exceeds expectations.</p> <p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Provide financial oversight and budgeting. </li><li>Be responsible for profitability of T&E and AHE. </li><li>Research tests and related materials for possible adoption. </li><li>Negotiate contracts with test publishers/suppliers. </li><li>Develop and implement procedures, and policies to maximize efficiency and customer experience. </li><li>Maintain the academic integrity of AHE programs and the standardized testing process. </li></ul> <p>SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES NEEDED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:</p> <ul> <li>Favorable attitude toward and familiarity with homeschooling </li><li>Ability to plan and coordinate special events such as AHE graduation </li><li>Ability to multi-task efficiently. </li><li>Strong leadership ability </li><li>Commitment to success </li><li>Knowledge of sales and marketing principles. </li></ul> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Thorough understanding of standardized test interpretation and application of test results. </li><li>Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) </li><li>Educational background highly preferred </li><li>Minimum two years personnel management </li></ul> <p>An applicant for a position in the Bob Jones University group - Bob Jones University, Bob Jones Academy or BJU Press - must be a born-again Christian who has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
