The ideal candidate will have lived experience within the Latinx community as well as the knowledge and awareness of the local community and immigrant family issues. Individuals with a Bachelor's degree in a mental health related or similar field (Associates degree with 5 years of experience will be considered are strongly encouraged to apply.</p> <p>Our Family Resource Center is part of a statewide network of community-based program offering multi-cultural parenting programs, support groups, early childhood services information and referral resources. Our goal is to support families to strengthen their bonds, connect to others, and engage in their community.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a mental health field, education, human services, or a related field, with two (2) years of management experience required. </li><li>A background in supervising case management staff and/or wraparound programs is preferred. </li><li>Additionally, the role requires at least two (2) years of post-graduate experience providing behavioral health services and/or care coordination to youth and families. </li><li>Experience with outcome and utilization data compilation for reporting and program improvement is essential. </li><li>The candidate must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation to and from work, and a reliable phone for emergency contact. </li><li>Candidates must also possess a deep understanding of immigrant family issues and must demonstrate cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee all operational aspects of the RISE Project at the Family Resource Center. </li><li>Supervise, support, and guide the Family Connector team, ensuring their work aligns with RISE program goals and FRC agency expectations. </li><li>Manage service delivery for the FRC program, including the development, implementation, and scheduling of workshops, support groups, and events aligned with the Center's mission. </li><li>Conduct weekly supervision and performance feedback sessions with assigned supervisees, providing training, coaching and development opportunities. </li><li>Provide direct support to families through referrals, advocacy, care coordination, and strengths-based case management, addressing social determinants of health and increasing access to basic needs, benefits, and services. </li><li>Conduct family intakes and assessments to identify needs and develop family support plans. </li><li>Assist families in accessing internal and community-based supports and services, including housing, employment, mental health, child care, and healthcare resources. </li><li>Coordinate with community providers to ensure seamless service delivery and promote collaborative partnerships. </li><li>Represent the host agency and the RISE Project at stakeholder meetings, community forums, and relevant coalitions. </li><li>Ensure family support and intervention strategies are culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and strength-based. </li><li>Develop and implement innovative "outside the box" supports and interventions as needed. </li><li>Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and care, providing de-escalation, safety planning, and referrals as appropriate. </li></ul> <p>Candidates receive 6% salary increase for bilingual capabilities.</p> <p>Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm</p> <p>Compensation: $60,000.00 annually</p> <p>Eliot is committed to identifying and dismantling barriers that prevent people with marginalized racial identities from actualizing their full employment potential, assuming leadership roles, or from fully engaging at all levels in the workplace.</p>
