HOA is also committed to compliance with all fair employment practices regarding citizenship and immigration status.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Minimum Licensure and Certification Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Licensed to practice as NP in NYS with National NP certification and DEA registration. </li><li>Masters Degree from an accredited NP program </li><li>Physician Assistant - Certified </li><li>Two or more years of experience caring for adults in an oncology or palliative setting as RN, NP </li><li>BLS and ACLS </li></ul> <p>Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:</p> <p>3 years of experience as a registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or physician's assistant</p> <p>Experience prescribing pain medication</p> <p>Effective Verbal and Written Communication Skills</p> <p>Strong interpersonal skills</p> <p>EPEC, ELNEC or CPAC training preferred or training with similar content is acceptable.</p> <p>Salary Description</p> <p>$43.00 +</p>
