At RealManage, we are always getting better. </li></ul> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Seeking a professional, customer-service oriented remote receptionist to support our property management team. As a first point of contact for tenants, vendors, and unit owners, you will play a key role in managing communications and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations from a virtual setting. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy and capable of managing a high volume of calls and digital tasks.</p> <p>Role Responsibilities:</p> <p>Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails and messages in a professional and timely manner Direct inquires to the appropriate team members and follow up to ensure a timely resolution Process maintenance requests, pool applications and general resident inquiries through the company's management software. Maintain accurate records of communications and tenant interactions Coordinate with on-site staff for property needs and scheduling maintenance Assist with administrative projects such as community email circulation, data entry and notice distribution. Uphold a high level of confidentiality and maintain a professional working environment. Plus other work-related tasks as needed</p> <p>QualificationsQualifications:</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of receptionist, administrative or customer service experience, property management experience a plus Comfortable working independently and managing multiple communication channels Excellent phone etiquette, written communication and interpersonal skills Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup</p> <p>Pay and Benefits:</p> <p>$22.00 to $24.00 , depending on education and experience.</p> <p>Benefits include:</p> <p>Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance HSA (Required High Deductible Medical Plan to be eligible) FSA Education Reimbursement 401K matching Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 11 paid Holidays</p>
