<ul> <li> <p>General - Responsible for learning to:</p> </li><li> <p>Provide superior guest service, positively affect interactions with guests and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself. Identify deficiencies related to maintenance of such facilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts with instructions provided by a supervisor.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators. Identify and diagnose deficiencies with the system and take measures to correct deficiencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify the need for and perform Mid-level to advanced level Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with creating Preventative maintenance schedule and follow such schedule.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in maintaining a spotless casino by disposing of any cups, glasses, bottles, or other items left on the floor by guests.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.</p> </li><li> <p>Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities, and assist as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and Company policies in an ethical manner and empower and require others to do the same.</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work a flexible schedule as required by business operations, including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts and work locations may change.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other duties as assigned or reasonably requested by any member of management.</p> </li></ul>
