<p>ABF Security is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a fast-paced security operations environment. This role manages day-to-day HR functions, ensures compliance with employment laws and licensing requirements, and partners with leadership to support workforce planning, employee relations, and performance management.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for technicians, sales, and office staff </li><li>Coordinate background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding documentation </li><li>Support employee relations, coaching, and performance improvement plans </li><li>Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO, and OSHA requirements </li><li>Oversee workers' compensation and return-to-work processes </li><li>Administer benefits (health, 401(k), PTO) and assist with payroll support </li><li>Track HR metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and labor costs </li><li>Support training, engagement, and retention initiatives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of HR experience required </li><li>Service, construction, or security industry experience preferred </li><li>SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred </li><li>Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance </li><li>Ability to support both field and office employees </li><li>Strong communication and conflict resolution skills </li></ul> <p>Core Competencies</p> <p>Integrity • Accountability • Problem-Solving • Operational Awareness</p> <p>If you thrive in a service-driven, growth-focused environment and want to make a direct operational impact, we encourage you to apply.</p>
