<p>Our Personal Lines team is seeking exceptional college students for our Summer Internship Program which provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as rewarding career path options.</p> <p>IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:</p> <ul> <li>In partnership with manager, determines process performance requirements and appropriate measures. </li><li>Reviews and interprets performance measures with business manager. </li><li>Supports manager to ensure that the effectiveness and efficiency of the process are improved </li><li>Works with the manager to ensure people and skill requirements of the process are met. </li><li>May support in management of process changes. </li><li>Maintains contact with manager in direct support of processes </li><li>Works with manager to understand financial impact, skill set requirements, and legal and compliance issues for a process. </li><li>Conduct research around process performance reports inside and outside the industry to inform the Process Leads. </li><li>Recognize and reach for assistance from manager to clear improvement obstacles and settle conflict. Key Measures of Success (should align with goals) </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:</p> <ul> <li>Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred </li><li>Bachelors Degree Required </li><li>Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program </li><li>Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future </li><li>Ability to collaborate with peers to ensure processes are efficient </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Analytical & problem solving skills </li><li>Critical thinking/problem solving skills and analytical mindset </li><li>Exposure to MS Office applications </li><li>Excellent time management and multitasking skills. </li></ul>
