<p>Twelve (12) month full-time position, primarily Monday - Friday, which may involve day and some evening and weekend work providing classroom and field instruction for various subjects in the power delivery industry, including how to install and repair electrical power systems. In conjunction with the direct supervisor, evaluate and improve program quality, stay abreast of applicable regulations applying to electrical line work such as OSHA and NESC, advise students, and complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. </p> <p>Standard Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.</p> <p>Salary: $6,000 per month, with final salary determination based upon education and experience. </p> <p>Closing Date: Open until filled.</p> <p>Start Date: Open until filled..High school diploma or GED and completion of a Journeyman Level Powerline Technician program with three (3) years of field experience, required. Associate or advanced degree, preferred. Must have a current Class A CDL, or the ability to obtain one. Experience teaching, preferred. Substation and/or Transmission experience a plus but not required.Official transcripts, including other documentation verifying all reported educational qualifications, are required. Unofficial transcripts will be accepted for application purposes. The successful candidate must provide official transcripts at his or her expense within thirty (30) days of being notified of selection. </p>
