<p>What to Expect</p> <p>As a Tesla Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational availability of a wide array of manufacturing equipment. Supporting the Reliability Engineering Team efforts to improve equipment reliability across Gigafactory Nevada, Battery Module. This position works directly with Reliability Engineers to help execute RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) with an emphasis on; Root Cause Analysis, Unplanned Downtime Data Analysis, PM Development, Equipment Monitoring, Trials, and Training to name a few. You will apply your technical skills and knowledge to improve equipment reliability and minimize or eliminate downtime.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Day to day data collection and condition monitoring using dashboards, sensors, and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) techniques to develop reports and present findings </li><li>Diagnose and review equipment failures.
