The primary responsibility is to ensure that all daily and periodic requirements are completed to the highest standards and according to schedule. Additionally, this position will also ensure that customer requests are promptly addressed to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and in accordance with the required standards.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and monitor work assignments and schedules of team employees. </li><li>Assist in the hiring, on-boarding, and training of new/replacement employees. </li><li>Review and Submit Timesheets for the locations. </li><li>Maintain detailed records and compile written reports as scheduled and/or needed. </li><li>Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment. </li><li>Function as the conduit of information between management and front-line staff. </li><li>Track equipment and supply inventory. </li><li>Submit employee personnel and customer requests or issues to the Area Manager, </li><li>Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement. </li><li>Daily inspection of routine work and perform building inspections. </li><li>Report any building deficiencies to Area Manager. </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Part-Time </li><li>Salary: $16 </li><li>Shift: 5:00pm to 9:00pm </li><li>Opportunity for growth. </li></ul> <p>Pritchard Industries participates in E-Verify.</p>
