<p>Developmental Pathways (DP) has opportunities for Senior Case Management Specialists in our Program Quality department who will provide administrative support to a variety of positions and work processes. The Senior Case Management Specialists will be peer leaders and will engage teammates with integrity and authenticity. To learn more about our commitment to inclusion and diversity, visit our website: https://www.dpcolo.org/about-us/inclusion-and-diversity/</p> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> </li><li> <p>One (1) year of administrative support or customer service experience</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred</p> <ul> <li> <p>Associate's degree</p> </li><li> <p>Three years (3) administrative support or customer service experience</p> </li><li> <p>Project management experience</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with oversight of processes and workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in human services or nonprofit fields</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing and Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment</p> </li></ul> <p>Additional Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Creates, implements, promotes, and maintains effective and efficient processes and operations; maintains adequate documentation of workflows</p> </li><li> <p>Supports their supervisor and teams in providing oversight of work quality, data integrity, and timely completion of work</p> </li><li> <p>Keeps up to date on all state policies and procedures related to their tasks and responsibilities</p> </li><li> <p>Creates and maintains systems for data tracking and reporting</p> </li><li> <p>Provides high-quality subject matter expertise, customer service, support, and technical assistance to internal staff and our community partners; communicates effectively with internal and external stakeholders in appropriate formats</p> </li><li> <p>Schedules, creates agendas and leads meetings to facilitate discussions and support follow-up as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures teammates, supervisors, and stakeholders remain well-informed of processes and projects</p> </li><li> <p>Provides support to hiring, onboarding, and training of new staff; supports training for tenured staff as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Models curiosity and change management skills; encourages professional development</p> </li><li> <p>Fosters positive team dynamics and staff engagement</p> </li><li> <p>Initiates, supports and manages projects as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Started in 1964, Developmental Pathways (DP) is a nonprofit agency serving more than 15,000 individuals with disabilities and their families in Arapahoe, Douglas, and Elbert counties. We are a designated Case Management Agency (CMA) for long-term care services and are one of Colorado's Community Centered Boards (CCB), connecting people to federal, state, county, and private funding. We are also Colorado's largest Early Intervention (EI) provider and help connect young children to essential resources, serving the City of Aurora in addition.
