We, the Envolve Community Management team, are recruiting friendly self-motivated individuals with positive attitudes and a drive to succeed, to join our growing company.</p> <p>We are currently searching for a Make Ready Technician/Porter to work at Marian Heights Apartments located in Alton, IL.</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>The successful candidate must have some experience in plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical. The Make Ready Technician/Porter will perform general maintenance and repairs, painting, grounds, and cleaning of the facility.</p> <p>Duties:</p> <p>Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance and general duties as needed. Complete work orders and forms to assure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly, help maintain a clean facility and grounds. A commitment to exceptional customer service is critical.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Three or more years of Maintenance Technician experience required. Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment. This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls after hours and on weekends as needed.
