<p>Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions):</p> <p>This list of duties and responsibilities is not all-inclusive and may expand to include other duties and responsibilities based on business need.</p> <ul> <li>Assists the Property Manager with the ongoing leasing and administrative functions of the property. </li><li>Prepare move-in files, take applications, answer telephone inquiries, greet, qualify, and show apartments to prospective residents. </li><li>Providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease and striving to secure resident lease renewals. </li><li>Process applications and input information into Yardi. </li><li>Process annual recertifications and lease renewals. </li><li>Conduct resident orientation. </li><li>Prepare and follow-up on maintenance work orders. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School/GED required, some college preferred. </li><li>Experience in the property management industry preferred but not required. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively. </li><li>Must be highly enthusiastic, sales oriented, and love working with people. </li><li>Low-income housing and tax credit experience highly desired. </li><li>Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment/Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>This job operates in a clerical office setting.
