Come be a part of this rewarding environment, and enjoy the knowledge that you're helping make a positive difference in the lives of others, as well as these career advantages:</p> <ul> <li>On Demand Flexible Paydays for earned wages through an app called Dayforce Wallet. </li><li>Competitive salary based upon relevant education, experience and licensure. </li><li>Salary $85,000-$95,000/Annually. </li><li>Opportunity for advancement. </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package for Full-Time employees includes healthcare insurance, up to 26 days of paid time off per calendar year, 11 paid holidays, sick time, 403(b) plan, Employee Assistance Program, and flexible hours. </li><li>The paid training you need to learn, grow, and succeed! </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and </li><li>Set Rocks for the team and follow up on it to successful delivery. </li><li>Ensure the team has adequate resources (people, process, and tools) to fulfil the Rocks successfully. </li><li>Ensure the team has specific goals set, calibrated, and measured for performance management. </li><li>Ensure Human Resources related matters are handled appropriately. </li><li>Manage vendor relationships and ensure contracts, Business Associates Agreements (BAA) and security assessments are completed and managed. </li><li>Maintain and cultivate relationships with Business operations leaders to ensure IT engagement. </li><li>Continuously evaluate opportunities to improve program effectiveness with technology tools, process improvements and artificial intelligence. </li><li>Work closely with the IT Service Desk to ensure applications are supported adequately. </li><li>Provide input into the IT budget process for capital and operating expense. Ensure team is within budget parameters. </li><li>Identify Key Performance Indicators for the Applications team and provide weekly/monthly reports to the CIO. </li></ul> <p>Position Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or 20 years' experience in IT with the last 10 years in management. </li><li>OWASP or equivalent training completion is required. </li><li>Any Cloud certification related to Applications and SaaS platforms is preferred. </li><li>Electronic Health Record training and certification is preferred. </li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. </li><li>Excellent communication, organization, presentation and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) along with other related software. </li><li>Excellent knowledge of cloud and SaaS application implementations. </li><li>5 to 10 years' experience with implementing, maintaining and supporting Electronic Health Record applications. </li><li>5 to 10 years' experience with data integration projects across multiple applications and platforms. </li><li>5 to 10 years' experience with analysis dashboard to support data-driven decision making. </li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively. </li><li>Excellent knowledge of Behavioral Health and use of applications that support it is highly preferred. </li><li>Experience and knowledge serving the role of integrator to bring various business function needs and requirements together and understand the interoperability to ensure technology systems are built to support and enhance programs. </li><li>Valid and current driver's license required to be able to fulfil travel requirements in the State of Illinois. </li><li>Valid and current auto insurance should be maintained for vehicle used to travel. </li></ul>
