<p>A Kforce client is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Support Tech to support operations at a Lewisberry, PA fulfillment center. This contract role is critical to maintaining IT systems and ensuring smooth, reliable operations within a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve application, hardware, and network issues to minimize operational disruption </li><li>Customer Engagement: Interact with end users to provide clear, effective solutions while promoting a positive support experience </li><li>Help Desk Support: Document, analyze, and resolve help desk tickets efficiently, ensuring accurate tracking of all support activities. </li><li>Collaboration: Partner with on-site and remote IT teams, as well as operations leadership, to deliver timely and high-quality IT solutions* Proven experience supporting PCs in a Windows Active Directory environment </li><li>Hands-on experience with PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, and asset disposition </li><li>Experience with Microsoft administration, mobile device management, and RF technologies </li><li>Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SSL, and TCP/IP </li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced, multi-user environment </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively with peers, leadership, vendors, and contractors </li><li>Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and with limited supervision </li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development </li><li>Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays </li><li>Ability to participate in on-call and 24/7 support rotations </li><li>Ability to stand or walk 6-8 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds, with or without accommodation </li><li>Willingness to travel up to 10% and work night shifts as required </li></ul> <p>Bonus Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>A+ and/or Network+ certification </li><li>Prior IT support experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment </li><li>Experience working in an SLA-driven support environment </li><li>Hands-on experience with Motorola/Zebra RF devices (e.g., MC9190, VC6090, WT41N0, or similar) </li><li>Experience with data cabling, computer facilities maintenance, and vendor management </li><li>Ability to lead high-priority IT projects </li></ul>
