Together, we are EXP.</p> <p>Are you ready to design your future?</p> <p>Be our next Project Architect</p> <p>Your work environment at EXP</p> <p>In this role, you will be a part of the Aviation, Transit and Commercial Buildings team, of the Buildings Sector, based in St Louis, Missouri.</p> <p>A Project Architect represents the Firm's interests through effective project leadership and actions that advance the Firm's mission and business interests. The Project Architect speaks for the Firm and conducts him/herself in a manner commensurate with a position of leadership and mentoring within the Firm. Your responsibilities include:</p> <p>What a day at EXP has in store for you</p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate the technical development of projects working under Project Managers and Principals from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents and Construction Phase. </li><li>Ability to coordinate with a multi-discipline team of architects and engineers, both in-house staff and outside subconsultants, ensuring the project is detailed and executed to maintain the design concept with technical astuteness and within the project budget. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously. </li><li>Develop presentation documents and participate in presentations to clients </li><li>Develop design concepts under the leadership of the Principal Designer </li><li>Participate in design phase activities by providing expertise in detail development </li><li>Develop construction drawings and specifications for all project phases </li><li>Ensure that designs meet applicable building code requirements </li><li>Assist with all corresponding bid and construction phase activities in the office and in the field </li></ul> <p>What your experience looks like</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture required from an accredited University </li><li>Architectural license required </li><li>LEED AP a plus </li><li>Detailed knowledge of architectural and engineering practice with emphasis on design, design development, preparation of construction documents, preparation of specifications, building materials, construction costs, and building codes </li><li>Must be proficient with AutoCAD & Revit </li><li>Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role </li></ul> <p>#LI-JH1</p>
