<p>Job Description</p> <p>We are hiring an Apartment Maintenance Manager for our property in the Westminster, CO area!</p> <p>Service/Maintenance Managers make our apartment communities a great place to live. Whether you are turning an apartment to create the perfect move-in experience for new residents or resolving service requests to ensure that our current residents feel at home, every day is filled with new challenges.</p> <p>What We Offer</p> <p>AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:</p> <ul> <li>Expected pay rate of $72,000 - $80,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. </li><li>Quarterly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses. Service Managers who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn up to $1,500 per quarter. </li><li>An Apartment Discount Benefit option is available to live on-site at the community you are working. </li><li>Additional Benefits listed below. </li></ul> <p>What You Will Do</p> <ul> <li>Lead and develop a team of 1+ direct reports </li><li>Provide exemplary service to residents and team members </li><li>Manage all aspects of property maintenance which includes vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests </li><li>Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure maintenance and capital needs are addressed </li><li>Ensure property follows / in compliance with AIR operating procedures/guidelines, regulations, and other compliance matters including those related to Environmental Health & Safety </li><li>Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service </li></ul>
