You will also develop and implement strategies to assist your region in meeting its goals and supporting overall business objectives. Additional key areas of responsibility include:</p> <ul> <li>Guide overall business strategy into day-to-day execution, providing coaching and feedback to Restaurant Managers. </li><li>Drive sales and profit performance by providing support and operational expertise. </li><li>Ensure restaurants are properly staffed and trained. </li><li>Assist with new store builds and openings. </li><li>Regular travel between stores. </li></ul> <p>CARIN'</p> <p>We have a fresh brew of benefits perfect for you.
