<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Chick-fil-A Cypress Ranch is seeking a skilled and dependable Kitchen Team Lead to support our Back of House operations. The Kitchen Team Lead is responsible for executing key kitchen processes, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting shift leaders by maintaining consistent food quality, service speed, and food safety standards.</p> <p>Ideal candidates have prior Chick-fil-A kitchen experience, strong technical skills in key BOH positions, and the ability to execute procedures with accuracy and speed.
