Additionally, this role involves delivering comprehensive training programs for sales teams, focusing on creations' knowledge, sales ceremony, and atelier expertise, ensuring sales teams are equipped to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Sales Performance</p> <ul> <li>Monitoring weekly & monthly sales report to maximize opportunities </li><li>Analyzing business data to inform sales strategies </li><li>Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on past and current data and business trends to maximise opportunities </li><li>Plan and review weekly, monthly and yearly sales estimates for all channels in collaboration with Sales and Operations Management teams </li><li>Maintain Retail and Partner Retail KPIs (Booster and some CRM data) </li><li>Maintain Network file up to date according to business evolution and POS openings / closing </li><li>Support of execution of yearly strategic plans and 3-year plans </li><li>Support operations department with accurate information, in planning, product allocation, assortment & stock management </li><li>Assist Commercial AVP with sales calls, customer meetings and sales forecasting </li><li>Support Partner Retail manager to managing sales documentation, orders & inventory </li></ul> <p>Sales Training</p> <ul> <li>Develops and delivers comprehensive training programs on Maison, creations, selling ceremonies, and ateliers. </li><li>Conduct needs assessment, adapt training materials and evaluate training effectiveness. </li><li>Adapt engaging training materials, such as presentations, videos and interactive modules </li><li>Conduct hands on training sessions for sales team, focusing on creations' knowledge, ateliers, and the art of sharing. </li><li>Collaborate with L&D team in HQ to stay up to date on new product launches and features. </li><li>Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from sales teams and ateliers to improve the training programs </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>5 years experience in a Business development / performance role, ideally in the luxury industry </li><li>Bachelor's degree / Master's degree preferred </li><li>Strong SAP knowledge with analytics tools (SAP Analytics, Power BI, Analysis) </li><li>Expert in Excel and PowerPoint </li><li>Strong analytical and reporting skills </li><li>Strong project management and organization skills </li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills </li><li>Ability to partner with various stakeholders and personalities </li><li>Pro-active and result oriented </li><li>Strong knowledge of luxury watch and jewelry products and industry trends </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills </li><li>Experience in training (preferably in a luxury retail environment) </li></ul> <p>Richemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
