<p>CDL Class A Driver</p> <p>#34697</p> <p>Location: Franklin, MA</p> <p>Company: Garelick Farms</p> <p>Category: Driver</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>Garelick Farms, a Dairy Farmers of America company, is hiring a Class A Driver!</p> <p>We offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and growth opportunities.</p> <p>Plus, a sign-on bonus:</p> <p>0 to <2 years of experience: $1,500 </p> <p>2 to <5 years of experience: $2,500 </p> <p>5+ years of experience: $3,500</p> <p>General Purpose</p> <p>Operate a straight truck, tractor-trailer, or double trailer to deliver products safely and on time to customers, warehouses, and distributors per route schedule. Provide outstanding customer service and maintain clear communication with supervisors and peers.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operate a commercial motor vehicle in compliance withDOT and DFA rules, regulations, and safety policies </li><li>Deliver products per route schedule and customer expectations; follow designated routes unless directed otherwise </li><li>Report delays due to road conditions, accidents, or breakdowns </li><li>Load/unload products as required; may include stocking and ordering </li><li>Maintain positive customer relations and report issues to supervisor </li><li>Perform routine vehicle maintenance and keep vehicle clean </li><li>Complete all required paperwork, logs, and trip records accurately and daily </li><li>Conduct load inventory and document freight condition before departure </li><li>Attend driver workshops and training sessions </li><li>Use company-supported applications and systems properly </li><li>Represent DFA professionally at all times </li></ul> <p>The requirements herein describe the general nature and level of work performed but are not an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or skills.
