This role is ideal for a self-starter with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting to the Director of Business Excellence, this individual will be a key driver of digital transformation across the organization.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations to improve business efficiency and data delivery. </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert and support resource for ERP and related systems across departments. </li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. </li><li>Manage and execute projects using project management tools and methodologies. </li><li>Create and maintain documentation, and deliver training to end users on new tools and processes. </li><li>Continuously explore and implement automation opportunities using modern platforms and tools. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Administrator within an ERP system. </li><li>Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., Order to Cash, Procure to Pay). </li><li>Project management experience and familiarity with project management software. </li><li>Experience with workflow and automation tools. </li><li>Proficiency or strong interest in front-end development and programming concepts. </li><li>Familiarity with systems integration and data flow between platforms. </li><li>Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. </li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. </li><li>Patience and clarity in training and supporting end users. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Infor M3 ERP and Infor ION platform. </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerAutomate, PowerApps, SharePoint). </li><li>Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular for front-end development. </li><li>Experience with Python and C# for scripting and integrations. </li><li>Familiarity with SQL Server and database concepts. </li><li>Background in the manufacturing industry. </li></ul> <p>Why Thatcher is right for you</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary </li><li>The founder of our company set up a defined contribution Profit Sharing Retirement Plan to reward the efforts and loyalty of all our employees.
