<p>Associate Principal - Program & Project Management</p> <p>Role Summary<</p> <p><</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager TPM to lead a largescale data migration and modernization program involving Snowflake SAS Campaign SAS jobs and downstream analytics and reporting platforms<</p> <p>The TPM will be responsible for endtoend delivery management of complex data migrations including historical and incremental data loads platform cutovers parallel runs data validation and stakeholder governance in a highly regulated enterprise environment banking financial services<</p> <p>This role requires a strong blend of project leadership and technical fluency across data platforms ETL processes and legacytocloud migrations<</p> <p>Key Responsibilities<</p> <p>Program Delivery Management<</p> <p>Lead endtoend data migration programs involving<</p> <p>Snowflake data platform<</p> <p>SAS SAS Campaign jobs and analytics workloads<</p> <p>Legacy data sources and downstream consumers<</p> <p>Own delivery across all phases<</p> <p>Discovery inventory<</p> <p>Migration planning and sequencing<</p> <p>Build execution<</p> <p>Parallel run and cutover<</p> <p>Postmigration validation and stabilization<</p> <p>Develop and maintain integrated project plans milestones and success KPIs<</p> <p>Technical Oversight ProgramLevel<</p> <p>Oversee migration of<</p> <p>Historical and incremental data sets into Snowflake<</p> <p>SAS jobs campaigns and dependent data pipelines<</p> <p>Ensure alignment across<</p> <p>Data models and schemas<</p> <p>ETL ingestion frameworks<</p> <p>Scheduling and orchestration batch and campaign cycles<</p> <p>Coordinate data reconciliation validation and signoff with business and analytics teams<</p> <p>Note This is not a developer role but the TPM must be technically fluent enough to challenge designs assess risks and unblock delivery teams<</p> <p>Stakeholder Governance Management<</p> <p>Act as the primary interface between<</p> <p>Data engineering teams<</p> <p>SAS campaign operations teams<</p> <p>Analytics reporting and business stakeholders</p> <p>Security risk and compliance teams</p> <p>Drive governance forums weekly status reviews and executive reporting</p> <p>Ensure adherence to enterprise standards around</p> <p>Data security and access controls</p> <p>Auditability and traceability</p> <p>Regulatory and compliance requirements</p> <p>Risk Issue Dependency Management</p> <p>Proactively identify and manage risks including</p> <p>Data quality and reconciliation gaps</p> <p>SAS job dependency failures</p> <p>Performance issues during migration or parallel runs</p> <p>Cutover timing conflicts with campaign cycles</p> <p>Maintain RAID logs escalation paths and mitigation plans</p> <p>Ensure issues are surfaced early and resolved with clear ownership</p> <p>Metrics Reporting Quality Assurance</p> <p>Define and track key delivery metrics such as</p> <p>Migration completeness and accuracy</p> <p>Data validation pass rates</p> <p>SAS campaign execution stability postmigration<</p> <p>Cutover success with minimal business disruption<</p> <p>Provide concise executiveready dashboards and health reports<</p> <p>Required Experience Skills<</p> <p>Must Have<</p> <p>10 years of experience in technology project or program management<</p> <p>Proven delivery of data migration or data platform modernization programs<</p> <p>Strong working knowledge of<</p> <p>Snowflake data platforms<</p> <p>SAS SAS Campaign jobs or SASbased analytics workloads<</p> <p>ETL data ingestion frameworks<</p> <p>Experience managing parallel runs cutovers and data validation<</p> <p>Strong background working in regulated enterprise environments banking financial services preferred<</p> <p>Nice to Have<</p> <p>Experience migrating SAS workloads to modern cloud platforms Snowflake PySpark Databricks etc<</p> <p>Exposure to campaign management or marketing analytics platforms<</p> <p>Familiarity with cloud ecosystems Azure or AWS<</p> <p>Experience coordinating multivendor delivery teams</p> <p>Charlotte - North Carolina - USA12 - 15 Years10R Charlotte - North Carolina - USA09-Mar-2026NACTIVE1446388</p> <p>Mandatory Skills : Benefits Management, Project Planning, Quality Management, Resource Management, Stakeholder Management</p> <p>Good to Have Skills : Project Financial Management, Project Governance, Risk/Crisis Management, Schedule Management, Scope & Change Management</p>
