To learn more about Helly Hansen's latest collections, visit www.hellyhansen.com.</p> <p>Specific duties & responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Local Engagement: Activate and leverage key regional events and community partnerships in the US - including ski resorts, sailing events, yacht clubs, outdoor events, and non-profits - to bring authentic localized engagement with the brand. </li><li>Retail Integration: Collaborate with D2C and retail partners to create in-store and on-site experiences that inspire consumers and drive engagement. </li><li>Event Execution: Provide event marketing support - from planning to on-site execution - ensuring all activations meet brand standards and deliver on KPIs. </li><li>Activation: Identify new opportunities for community activations that build brand affinity, drive traffic to retail partners, and promote sell-through. </li><li>Content Development: Work with partners and events to create compelling written and visual content to support storytelling across Helly Hansen and partner channels. </li><li>Playbook: Develop and maintain an activation playbook across events and partners to standardize processes, track success, and optimize the value of each event or partnership. </li><li>Budget Management: Monitor budgets across all programs, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality. </li><li>Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing efforts are integrated with Sales, Product, and Global Brand strategies, reinforcing a consistent voice and message across channels. </li><li>Product Integration: Coordinate seasonal product showings with key partners, aligning on product needs and timelines while staying within budget. </li><li>Professional Relationships: Foster deep, ongoing relationships with the core of the Helly Hansen brand, professionals, ensuring collaborative engagement and gathering actionable product feedback. </li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams across sales, product, and marketing, as well as global teams, to identify shared opportunities and implement best practices. </li><li>Performance Optimization: Take a continuous improvement approach to event performance and community activations, measuring impact and adjusting strategy accordingly. </li></ul> <p>The successful candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>Has a passion for skiing, the outdoors and/or sailing. </li><li>2 - 3 years combined marketing experience. </li><li>A BA/BS Degree (preferably with a Marketing focus). </li><li>Creative self-starter, taking initiative to drive projects independently. </li><li>Relationships/network to sailing & ski communities is a plus. </li><li>Operational knowledge of marketing tools and tactics and the skills to align resources to achieve objectives. </li><li>Project Management </li><li>Presentation Skills </li><li>Sales experience / Sales Oriented POV </li><li>Superior communication skills </li><li>Experience working with a global consumer products brand preferred. </li><li>Experience in the Snowsports/Sailing Industry is a plus. </li><li>Computer skills (Microsoft Office - Strong Excel Skills, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator) </li><li>Ability to travel 20-25% (mostly within the US). </li><li>Role to be based from the Denver, CO area and is hybrid in office (three days/week) </li></ul> <p>PAY RANGE: $50,000 to $59,000</p> <p>Helly Hansen is an equal opportunity employer.</p> <p>Contact person</p>
