Join us!</p> <p>A Day in The Life:</p> <p>In the position of Corp Facilities Asst., you will be responsible for the support of facilities management in the oversight of multiple facilities, including building maintenance and day-to-day preservation.</p> <p>The Impact You'll Make:</p> <ul> <li>Support facilities management and oversee the facility in the areas of facilities maintenance, day-to-day operations, building condition, general upkeep, janitorial, housekeeping. </li><li>Monitor all building conditions, ensure facility is inspection ready at all times, and all repairs and improvements are made in a timely and proficient manner. Provide suggestions for repair, improvements and cost efficiencies. </li><li>Manage employees and vendors by assigning duties and overseeing the work of contractors to ensure facilities maintenance needs are met (electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, ventilation, roofing, security, etc.) </li><li>Audit employee locations for accurate seating records.
