<p>What does a Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Management do at Swire Coca-Cola?</p> <p>Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Revenue Growth Management to lead a team of analysts in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve volume, revenue, and profit targets. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the Business Planning Process, presenting financial information to both internal (Swire Sales) and external (Customer) executives, and influencing key stakeholders to align with Swire's goals. Responsibilities include stewarding the annual planning process for assigned customers, collaborating with Channel Sales leadership on price package analytics, and partnering with cross-functional departments to enhance business processes and maximize revenue. You will also assist with forecasting and planning for all Channel customers, leading weekly calls with Account Executives to ensure forecasting accuracy, and developing plans to close any gaps.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Direct and lead a team of RGM Managers and analysts in developing plans at the customer, geographic and package level to deliver expected volume, revenue and gross profit </li><li>Act as a key participant in the combined Business Planning Process, presenting financial information with both internal (Swire Sales) and external (Customer) executives </li><li>Influence internal and external stakeholders to make decisions and follow strategies that best suit Swire's interests, goals, and metrics </li><li>Steward the annual planning process for assigned Customer(s) from plan creation, execution, and evaluating new business opportunities as they arise </li><li>Collaborate with Channel Sales leadership to perform price package analytics throughout the year down to the customer, geography, & package level to determine effectiveness of plan and adjust as needed </li><li>Partner with cross functional departments to improve business process, procedures and execution to maximize volume and revenue </li><li>Assist with forecasting and planning for all Channel customers, leading weekly calls w/ Account Executives to ensure forecasting accuracy is met. Where gaps exist, develop plans to close gaps and prepare presentation for trade board </li><li>Ensure inputs to Coca-Cola reporting tools (Apollo/CPA/CPACT/MARS) are timely and accurate where applicable </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree Business or other related field required </li><li>Master's Degree preferred </li><li>4+ years' Experience in producing sales and financial data tracking sales operations, identify trends, develop projections, and create models required </li><li>2+ years large project management required </li><li>4+ years' Experience in beverage or fast moving CPG industry preferred </li><li>Understanding of P&L drivers, particularly top-line </li><li>Understanding of Financial and Forecasting models [i.e. ROI analysis, profit/loss statements, etc.] </li></ul>
