<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Region 14 Vacancy</p> <p>POSITION: Principal</p> <p>LOCATION: Bethlehem Elementary School</p> <p>START DATE: July 1, 2026</p> <p>DEADLINE DATE: April 23, 2026</p> <p>DESCRIPTION: Exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and strategic leader to join the Region 14 community as the educational visionary and instructional leader of Bethlehem Elementary School. Bethlehem Elementary is among the highest-performing in the state of Connecticut, ranking in the top 6% of all elementary schools based on the CSDE Accountability Index, and has been recognized as a School of Distinction for the past two consecutive years for high achievement and high growth in both ELA and Mathematics.</p> <p>The successful candidate will not only lead, but sustain, refine, and elevate the systems and practices that have contributed to this success. This role requires a leader who values strong foundations while continuously seeking opportunities to enhance student outcomes through innovation, reflection, and strategic action.
