<p>Partner Sales Executive - Google</p> <p>As a Senior Partner Sales Executive focused on Slalom's Google business, you will drive consulting-led transformation opportunities powered by Google Cloud. You will build pipeline, lead co-sell pursuits, and strengthen Slalom's position as a trusted partner across client accounts and the Google ecosystem. through consulting-led transformation initiatives powered by Google Cloud.</p> <p>You will collaborate closely with:</p> <ul> <li>Client executives and buyers to shape and close strategic consulting engagements </li><li>Google sellers, customer engineers, and partner teams to originate and accelerate opportunities </li><li>Slalom account leaders and capability teams to deliver differentiated, outcome-driven solutions </li></ul> <p>This role is critical to building pipeline, converting opportunities, and strengthening Slalom's position as a trusted consulting partner within the Google partner ecosystem.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Drive Consulting Sales Across Client & Google Channels</p> <ul> <li>Drive growth by originating and closing consulting services opportunities leveraging Google Cloud. </li><li>Build and maintain a high-velocity pipeline across: </li><li>Google co-sell and partner-originated opportunities </li><li>Direct client sourcing (existing + net new accounts) </li></ul> <p>Develop Client Relationships & Create Demand</p> <ul> <li>Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders across business and technology functions, including executive leadership. </li><li>Develop a deep understanding of client business strategy, priorities, and technology roadmaps. </li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to apply Slalom's full range of consulting capabilities. </li><li>While maintaining a broad consulting lens, prioritize and shape opportunities that leverage Google Cloud technologies to drive meaningful business outcomes and strengthen Slalom's partnership with Google. </li></ul> <p>Proactively Generate Pipeline with Google</p> <ul> <li>Actively engage Google Account Executives, Customer Engineers, and Partner Managers to create new opportunities-not just receive referrals. </li><li>Lead joint account planning, pipeline development, and deal ideation sessions with Google teams. </li><li>Identify whitespace opportunities and align them to Google Cloud solution plays (e.g., Data & AI, GenAI, Application Modernization, Infrastructure). </li><li>Build a reputation as a proactive, high-value partner who helps Google sellers uncover and shape new work. </li><li>Ensure strong alignment between Slalom consulting opportunities and Google Cloud consumption priorities. </li></ul> <p>Co-Sell and Orchestrate to Win</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Google teams and Slalom account leaders to shape and position opportunities. </li><li>Serve as Pursuit Lead or Relationship Lead on key deals. </li><li>Lead the full sales lifecycle from qualification through close, ensuring alignment to client needs and measurable business outcomes. </li><li>Balance client priorities with Google partnership objectives, aligning opportunities where Slalom's consulting capabilities and Google Cloud solutions create the strongest combined value. </li></ul> <p>Lead Joint Go-to-Market Execution</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute joint go-to-market motions aligned to Google Cloud priorities and Slalom offerings. </li><li>Collaborate with Slalom account teams, marketing, specialists, and Google partners on campaigns, events, and field engagement activities. </li><li>Continuously refine approach based on pipeline generation effectiveness and win rates. </li></ul> <p>Scale and Sustain Growth</p> <ul> <li>Transition relationships to local market teams for long-term account ownership and delivery excellence. </li><li>Contribute to building a repeatable, scalable pipeline generation motion for Slalom's Google business. </li><li>Provide field insight and feedback to help shape Slalom's evolving Google strategy. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Proven success selling consulting or professional services in complex enterprise environments, with a track record of driving net new revenue growth. </li><li>Ability to build and manage pipeline from scratch, including both client-originated and partner-influenced opportunities, with disciplined forecasting and sales methodology. </li><li>Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate complex business and technology challenges into cross-functional cloud and consulting solutions with measurable outcomes. </li><li>Experience working within cloud ecosystems (Google Cloud preferred), including engaging in co-sell motions with partner field teams to originate and close opportunities. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and expand executive-level relationships with both client stakeholders and partner sellers, positioning yourself and Slalom as a trusted advisor. </li><li>Ability to position Slalom's full range of consulting capabilities while intentionally aligning solutions to strategic platforms such as Google Cloud. </li><li>Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to orchestrate internal teams and partner resources to shape and deliver differentiated solutions. </li><li>Solid business and technology acumen across cloud, data, AI, and digital transformation. </li></ul> <p>Success Measures</p> <ul> <li>Originated opportunities, with meaningful self-sourced contribution </li><li>Conversion of Google-influenced opportunities into closed deals </li><li>Consulting sales and revenue tied to Google Cloud opportunities </li><li>Consistent, healthy pipeline coverage and progression </li><li>Expansion of client relationships and multi-phase engagements </li><li>Strength and depth of relationships with Google field sellers </li><li>Contribution to Slalom's overall Google partnership growth </li></ul> <p>About For this role, we are hiring at the following levels and targeted base pay salary ranges: The targeted base salary pay range for this role is listed below by market. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
