<p>Kforce has a client in Milwaukee, WI that is seeking a Mutual Funds Specialist.</p> <p>Summary: The Mutual Funds Specialist will act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund/alternative investment companies and their shareholders. We have numerous opportunities this person to provide a superior level of service to our growing group of high profile clients and their shareholders. Efficient and detail oriented Specialists will be able to showcase their talents and develop long lasting relationships through excellent verbal and written communications.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Field shareholder inquiries regarding client mutual funds, account setup, transaction procedures, and account status </li><li>Accept and process transactions, account maintenance requests, and requests for fund literature </li><li>Serve as a point of contact for internal and external clients </li><li>Provide telephone support for both retail and institutional level shareholders </li><li>Participate in a culture of continuous improvement, risk-based thinking, and employee engagement driven by our ISO 9001 certification* At least one year effective experience as a Mutual Funds Specialist 3 - Contact Center, or three years of relevant experience </li><li>Ability to accurately and efficiently accept and process transaction and maintenance requests. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Undergraduate degree or equivalent customer service experience </li><li>Prior experience within the financial services industry </li><li>Demonstrated customer services skills in a professional setting </li><li>Ability to multi-task </li><li>Basic computer skills </li><li>Demonstrated leadership skills </li></ul>
