Update benefits and 401(k) employee records in third third-party system. Assist with reconciling semi-monthly and monthly timesheets and maintaining adherence to timekeeping policies. Review and verify timesheets and other payroll documents for accuracy and compliance Assist with the preparation of exception reports. Assist with the reconciliation of costs to payroll files and record costs accurately and to published deadlines. Assists with activities necessary to process semi-monthly payrolls, including maintaining related records, and voluntary deduction reports such as deferred compensation deferrals, processing involuntary deductions, such as preparing accounting transactions and documents, documenting and updating procedures, and preparing special reports for senior management.
