<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position will be responsible for supporting customers of CCM. These customers include registered Motor Carriers, Beneficial Cargo Owners, and 3rd Party logistic providers. This position will be the first point of contact for our rapidly expanding customer base. The Customer Support Representative will coordinate directly with internal stakeholders such as Fleet Administration, Field Operations, Commercial and Corporate Finance teams by providing accurate and critical information to support our SACP customers.</p> <p>This position is located on-site in Savannah, GA.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide carriers with documentation on how to use CCM's booking system, register, retrieve registration status, manage step by step booking process and return locations </li><li>Knowledge of CCM's responsibilities for over- the- road repairs and keep Downtime's information available to assist carriers at all times. </li><li>Able to clearly explain the invoicing process to inquiring customers. </li><li>Provide customer support with billing disputes related to per diem </li><li>Understand and relay billing concerns related to M&R internally, providing resolution to customer </li><li>Provide direction for over the road events either as direct resolution to customer or coordination with internal department. </li><li>Relay sales leads to appropriate commercial team members </li><li>Act as the advocate to customer for all questions and concerns, providing a single point of contact for resolution </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong customer service and communication skills, both written and oral </li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus </li><li>Strong organizational and administrative skills </li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel </li><li>Experience with the use of CRM systems </li><li>Prior working experience in Intermodal/Shipping is preferred </li><li>Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and must be a self-starter </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Health Care, Dental, and Vision Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Life, Short Term & Long Term Disability Insurance</p> </li><li> <p>401(k) with Company Contribution</p> </li><li> <p>Paid holidays and vacation</p> </li><li> <p>Option to participate in a Corporate Wellness Program</p> </li><li> <p>Professional development and growth opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative and innovative work environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>About CCM</p> <p>At Consolidated Chassis Management, LLC, our mission is to deliver unparalleled intermodal equipment and fleet management solutions.
