A comprehensive understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations is essential.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage and oversee electrical commercial construction projects with a focus on power distribution and lighting systems. </li><li>Supervise the installation and control of interior and exterior lighting. </li><li>Ensure the proper installation of low-voltage systems such as fire alarms, security systems, and data cabling. </li><li>Manage the design, installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and codes, including the NEC. </li><li>Lead and manage multiple projects, each valued between $5 million and $10 million. </li><li>Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project success. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction. </li><li>2+ years of experience leading projects with budgets ranging from $5 million to $10 million. </li><li>Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office. </li><li>Strong project management and construction management skills. </li><li>Excellent communication abilities. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience in managing large or complex electrical projects is highly desirable. </li><li>Understanding of electrical systems and management. </li><li>Experience in electrical commercial project management. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work will be carried out at the Google Data Center located off USA Parkway.
