<p>Position Summary</p> <p>This position will focus on creating community education materials and sharing information in collaboration with the OCI Communications Specialist - Senior through social media platforms, at community events, and through partnerships with external stakeholders, including local and state agencies, advocacy organizations, Wisconsin Tribes, healthcare navigators, and other entities as assigned. This position will support OCI efforts to increase health insurance literacy, financial literacy, and consumer understanding of insurance options that may support their families, businesses, and communities.</p> <p>For more information, please view the Social Media Specialist complete position description.</p> <p>Salary Information</p> <p>Starting salary for the Social Media Specialist (Classification: Communications Specialist) will be between $22.00- $27.12 per hour, plus great benefits. This classification is assigned to pay schedule/range 07-05. A 12-month probationary period may be required.</p> <p>Job Details</p> <p>Some out-of-town travel may be required for this position.</p> <p>Due to the nature of the position, OCI will conduct background checks on applicants prior to selection. OCI does not sponsor work visas. All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States, and to complete the required employment eligibility form.</p> <p>This position has potential for remote work after their first day of work.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Qualified candidates will have experience with:</p> <ul> <li>Coordinating and implementing strategic social media campaigns </li><li>Writing & editing social media post content in a business setting </li><li>Graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or the Adobe Creative Suite </li></ul> <p>In addition, more than qualified candidates will also have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience capturing and editing video and photography content </li><li>Proficiency in a second language such as Spanish and/or Hmong </li></ul> <p>How To Apply</p> <p>Apply online!
