<p>A Project Executive is responsible for the P&L and day-to-day operations of a large-scale project and/or Joint Venture projects. This position will lead the perpetuation of our company culture, with a relentless focus on health, safety, quality, sustainability, and continuous improvement.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Oversite of large-scale projects and/or responsibilities in a Senior Leadership role on a Joint Venture. </li><li>Ensure the safe and profitable execution of our work. </li><li>Work collaboratively to develop and execute our strategic and business plans. </li><li>Complete oversite of all projects and business operations related to the assignment. </li><li>Regularly monitor project specific performance data, and drive the implementation of processes to achieve health, safety, quality, and profitability objectives. </li><li>Oversee the execution of project management processes and aid the team in analyzing and resolving problems that arise during construction. </li><li>Actively coach, guide, and support our team members. </li><li>Collaborate with Human Resources to develop succession, recruiting, and team member development strategies. </li><li>Partner with the estimating team to develop strategies to win work and actively participate in all estimates' kick off meetings and bid reviews when not assigned to a project. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Twenty years of relevant large scale project experience in heavy civil construction leadership roles. </li><li>A proven leader who is passionate about the overall wellbeing of the team. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively inside and outside the organization. </li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. </li><li>Must be process driven and possess strong organizational skills. </li><li>Strong business acumen with proven knowledge and experience in cost control. </li><li>Positive and professional image who is client focused with the ability to resolve issues. </li><li>Knowledge of sales/marketing processes in the construction industry. </li><li>Skilled negotiator. </li><li>This is a full time on the project role.
