<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Accountant in Ballwin, MO.</p> <p>Role and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Significant contributor with month end closing </li><li>Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and analyses </li><li>Oversee intercompany account balancing </li><li>Work with HR team on various payroll and benefit matters </li><li>Submit monthly borrowing base documents; Become the liaison between the bank and plants on borrowing base documents </li><li>Work with FAS fixed asset reporting and tracking system </li><li>Prepare audit schedules and variance explanations </li><li>Assist with daily banking activity </li><li>Assist VP of Finance with the investigation and resolution of various compliance and tax matters </li><li>Assist with annual insurance renewal process and assume role as point person for day-to-day insurance matters </li><li>Prepare and distribute various internal and external reports </li><li>Perform special projects as assigned* Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred </li><li>3 to 5+ years relevant experience </li><li>Month-end close experience </li><li>Tax experience </li><li>Self-starter </li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software </li><li>Ability to meet deadlines </li><li>Oracle and/or IQMS experience a plus </li></ul>
