<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Maintains injection molding processes for existing tooling while supporting needs of IM Process Technician Supervisor to insure all production needs are being met.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Monitors and troubleshoots existing process parameters and production standards. </li><li>Provides assistance to the IM Process Technician Supervisor in training production personnel as needed. </li><li>Works closely with maintenance and tooling personnel to insure any maintenance and tooling issues are being addressed in a timely manner. </li><li>Works in achieving and maintaining plant specific KPI's. </li><li>Provides input for continuous improvement. </li><li>Assists in scheduling all mold and material changes using IQMS. </li><li>Completes all necessary paperwork and production recording in a timely manner. </li><li>Assist in enforcing all company and safety policies. </li><li>Perform other duties as directed by the IM Process Technician Supervisor and/or Operations Manager. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>3+ years of injection molding process experience. </li><li>Must be able to perform basic math. </li><li>Minor experience in maintenance. </li><li>Must be capable of communicating needs to IM Process Technician Supervisor and co-workers. </li><li>Must be capable of performing multiple operations. </li><li>Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IQMS. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to stand 3-4 hours at a time. </li><li>Must be able to regularly lift and carry 55 pounds. </li><li>Must be able to push, pull and bend. </li></ul>
