To learn more, please visit our website.</p> <p>Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team</p> <ul> <li> <p>Investigating Wayflyer customers using internal systems and open-source intelligence to identify potential financial crime risks</p> </li><li> <p>Carrying out Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and reviewing activity to spot and assess suspicious transactions</p> </li><li> <p>Supporting the MLRO with the ongoing design, implementation, and oversight of our AML framework across multiple jurisdictions</p> </li><li> <p>Acting as a go-to person for advice on AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption topics</p> </li><li> <p>Helping ensure accurate record-keeping and making required filings, including suspicious activity reports</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively reviewing existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and smarter risk-mitigation controls</p> </li><li> <p>Drafting and updating customer contracts, and working closely with Sales and Legal on any special terms or conditions</p> </li></ul> <p>What Makes You a Great Fit</p> <ul> <li> <p>1-2 years' experience in AML, Financial Crime, or a related compliance role</p> </li><li> <p>Solid understanding of AML and financial crime requirements (fintech experience is a big plus)</p> </li><li> <p>Confident communicator who's comfortable introducing new concepts and influencing a wide range of stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Commercially minded and pragmatic - you can balance risk, growth, and speed</p> </li><li> <p>Organised, flexible, and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</p> </li><li> <p>Proactive, positive, and motivated to see projects through from start to finish</p> </li><li> <p>Ambitious and excited about building your career in a fast-moving scale-up</p> </li></ul> <p>What to Expect After You Apply</p> <p>You can expect to hear from a member of our Talent Acquisition team soon.
