Interstates is currently seeking motivated young men and women to join our program as Production Tech Apprentices.? This role will provide direct support to our Fort Collins manufacturing operations. We have created a collaborative workplace based on trust, integrity, and support for one another.</p> <p>At Interstates, our success starts with your success.</p> <p>Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude </li><li>Takes the initiative to learn systems and processes </li><li>Takes a proactive approach to problem solving </li><li>Assembling pre-fabricated electrical construction material </li><li>Assembling and pre-wiring light fixtures, receptacles, and switches </li><li>Bending and threading conduit </li><li>Fabricates support structures by cutting, bending, and welding components </li><li>Other duties may be assigned </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school Junior or higher education level </li><li>16 years of age </li><li>Ability to commit 20 hours/week (during school), 40+ hours/week during Summer </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal communication </li><li>Ability to work cooperatively with others and build effective relationships </li><li>Display a positive attitude </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Be results driven and safety minded </li><li>Ability to routinely lift 50-75lbs </li></ul> <p>Location & Travel:?
