<p>An individual who provides direct patient care utilizing respiratory techniques, policies, procedures, protocols to ensure quality and appropriate care for all ages in Baptist Health and effectively communicate with all team members. Understands and has knowledge of respiratory medications effects and side effects. Estimated pay range for this position is $28.98 - $37.67 / hour depending on experience.</p> <p>Degrees:</p> <ul> <li>High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper. </li></ul> <p>Licenses & Certifications:</p> <ul> <li>Registered Respiratory Therapist. </li><li>Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. </li><li>Basic Life Support. </li><li>CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) Certification. </li><li>Pediatric Advanced Life Support. </li></ul> <p>Additional Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Active Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida. </li><li>Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Card/ CPR Card. </li><li>ACLS, PALS required per department standards. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Required Experience: No Experience Required</p> <p>Sign On Bonus Eligibility for New Grad Respiratory Therapists (RRT/CRT):</p> <ul> <li>To qualify, candidate must have a less than 1 year of RRT/CRT work experience. </li><li>For New Grad RRT/CRT, Sign On Bonus for Full Time RRT/CRT positions is $15,000 and for Part Time RRT/CRT positions is $7500. </li><li>New hires must begin their Full Time or Part Time employment between the bonus eligibility period of November 30, 2025 through May 31, 2026. </li><li>Candidate must successfully complete Baptist Health's pre-employment process including obtaining a source verifiable FL RRT/CRT license, be hired, and remain employed in good standing with Baptist Health during the payout period. </li><li>New Hire Sign on Bonus payout is 4 payments for a 2-year commitment/agreement period. </li><li>Former employees of Baptist Health South Florida or any of its affiliates who left the organization during the previous 12 months are not eligible.
