<p>Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge</p> </li><li> <p>Strong computer skills needed including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and multiple scheduling software programs (i.e. WMS and SAP)</p> </li><li> <p>Complete monthly computer-based training as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional verbal/written communication skills including ability to write reports, and standard operating procedures</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals and have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs</p> </li><li> <p>Leadership, interpersonal and communication skills required to interact with all levels of plant personnel.</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to stay organized while being adaptable and flexible</p> </li><li> <p>Abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to take multiple requests in a fast-paced environment and prioritize completion.</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility with schedule and ability to assist in various projects and improvement activities</p> </li></ul> <p> </p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field (preferred) </li><li>Two to three years of experience in inventory management, warehouse or distribution environment in lieu of degree (required) </li><li>Experience in a continuous improvement environment (Lean, TPM, AM, etc.) </li></ul> <p> </p> <p> </p>
