This individual will leverage customer behavior analytics to power decision-making, uncover friction points and identify strategic growth opportunities. They will partner closely with Site Strategy, Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing and Customer Analytics to enable data-informed planning and performance acceleration.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver behavioral insights that inform strategy, optimize customer journeys, and improve site KPIs. </li><li>Define, monitor, and evolve core KPIs tied to site performance, engagement, and conversion. </li><li>Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting tools to monitor site health and performance trends. </li><li>Track key site metrics (conversion rate, bounce rate, add-to-cart, CTR, funnel progression) and proactively surface friction points and opportunities. </li><li>Conduct deep-dive analyses on site experiences, such as underperforming PLPs, PDP engagement, and search exits. </li><li>Drive insights that inform conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies, identifying actionable levers to improve customer engagement and site outcomes. </li><li>Support strategic prioritization by sizing opportunities and recommending actions based on customer behavior patterns. </li><li>Partner with Site Merchandising, UX, and Site Strategy teams to integrate insights into planning and optimization cycles. </li><li>Advocate for analytics-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams. </li><li>Ensure strong data quality and governance through regular audits and partnership with IT and Digital Product teams. </li><li>Continuously evolve analytics processes, reporting tools, and best practices to scale insights delivery. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>5-7 years of experience in digital analytics, web analytics, or site performance analysis. </li><li>Expertise in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Contentsquare, or similar). </li><li>Strong skills in dashboarding and reporting (Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent). </li><li>Deep understanding of eCommerce customer behavior metrics, funnel optimization, and CRO strategies. </li><li>Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders. </li><li>Experience with corporate data platform and architecture (Snowflake) and articulating complex data processes to a non-technical audience. </li><li>Strong collaboration skills; experience working with Site Merchandising, UX, and Marketing teams. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field; advanced degree a plus. </li></ul> <p>We welcome you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. The base salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region of work premises, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
