<p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li></li><li>Serve as the plumbing subject matter expert on assigned construction projects. </li><li>Review plumbing installations to ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and project requirements. </li><li>Perform QA/QC inspections throughout construction activities. </li><li>Identify deficiencies, develop corrective action plans, and verify completion of corrective work. </li><li>Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, inspectors, and owners. </li><li>Review drawings, specifications, submittals, and installation plans. </li><li>Support project commissioning, testing, and turnover activities. </li><li>Maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and project records. </li><li>Mentor field personnel and help promote best practices in plumbing installation and quality control. </li><li>Ensure all plumbing work is performed safely and in compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Oklahoma plumbing work requires appropriate state licensure and code compliance. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current Oklahoma Master Plumber License (Required - No Exceptions) </li><li>Strong knowledge of Oklahoma plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards. </li><li>7+ years of commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction plumbing experience. </li><li>Experience performing or overseeing QA/QC inspections and quality assurance processes. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents. </li><li>Experience coordinating with field operations, subcontractors, and project teams. </li><li>Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Heavy civil, water/wastewater, industrial, or mission-critical construction experience. </li><li>Experience supporting commissioning and startup activities. </li><li>Quality certifications or formal QA/QC training. </li><li>Familiarity with construction management software and digital inspection tools. </li><li>High School Diploma </li></ul> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer: We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, religion, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, age, genetic information, marital status, military status, membership or activity in a local human rights commission, or status with regard to public assistance, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.</p> <p>#LI-ER1</p>
