CBRE is seeking a highly motivated Mobile Building and HVAC Technician to join our team. As a Mobile Technician, you will be a key player in maintaining and repairing HVAC and building systems across multiple commercial and industrial properties. You'll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of these systems, contributing to a comfortable and productive environment for our clients.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Hands-on Maintenance & Repair: Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of building mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, equipment, and facilities. </li><li>System Installation & Modification: Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems. </li><li>Work Order Management: Efficiently review assigned work orders, estimate the time and materials required, and manage the completion process. </li><li>Energy Efficiency Focus: Contribute to energy management initiatives by optimizing system performance for maximum efficiency. </li><li>Compliance & Safety: Inspect new and existing installations to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. </li><li>Communication & Collaboration: Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, co-workers, and supervisors to address inquiries and resolve issues. </li><li>Problem Solving: Utilize established procedures to solve routine issues, working under the guidance of experienced professionals. </li><li>Deliver Results: Execute tasks efficiently and accurately, following defined procedures and processes. </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>Education & Experience: High School Diploma, GED, or Trade School Diploma is required. 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred. The minimum salary for the position is $55,0.36.80 annually [or $26.46 per hour] and the maximum salary for the position is $72,800annually [or $35.00 per hour].
