<p>Description</p> <p>Keter is the innovative global leader in consumer lifestyle solutions for in and around the home.</p> <p>The Consumer Experience Representative is Keter's voice to the consumers who call for support.</p> <p>In This Position, You Will Have the Opportunity to</p> <ul> <li>Resolve inbound consumer inquiries via phone and email, while updating internal systems </li><li>Utilize Sales Force to manage cases </li><li>Become a product expert and navigate Keter's Product Site (PIM) </li><li>Actively listen to customers and express empathy for their needs </li><li>Troubleshoot products issues using probing questions to determine root-cause to solve the consumer's inquiry </li><li>Deliver superior customer service through first call resolution </li><li>Use strong time management and organizational skills to meet goals </li><li>De-escalate upset customers by solving their problems </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>1-3 years of Customer Service and Call Center Experience Required. </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Strong communication, both written and verbal </li><li>Punctual on-site attendance </li><li>De-escalation skills </li><li>A patient and empathetic attitude </li><li>Experience using computer and phone in fast-paced environment </li><li>Positive mindset and proven record of excellent attendance </li><li>"Customer First" and resolution focus for every phone call </li><li>Strong communication and attention to detail skillset </li><li>Desire for growth and development with a growing company </li></ul>
